Our Coaches

At The Innerwork Center, we believe that coaching is foundational to inner work. It offers a powerful, personalized path to self-awareness, growth, and transformation. Coaching is a space where individuals and groups can take a deeper dive into understanding themselves and others — cultivating clarity, resilience, emotional intelligence, and purpose. We believe in the coach approach as an essential component of conscious leadership, community well-being, and human flourishing.

We are proud to partner with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and serve as the regular host site for our local Richmond region’s monthly gatherings — where over 30 certified coaches come together for connection, continuing education, and collaboration. From this vibrant and diverse community, we have formed the Coach Collab — a select group of highly trained, ICF-certified coaches who work closely with The Innerwork Center.

These coaches maintain on-site office space, meet with individual clients, and contribute their expertise to our community and corporate programs — including team coaching, workshops, retreats, and more. Just as we honor our faculty who guide learning across our four core areas of inner work, we are proud to highlight these coaches as trusted companions in personal and professional development.

If you are looking for a coach to support your journey, we invite you to explore the profiles below. If someone resonates with you, reach out directly — or let us help you make the connection.

What Is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative, thought-provoking, and creative process that supports individuals and teams in unlocking their potential. Unlike therapy or consulting, coaching is not about fixing or advising — it’s about holding space for insight, accountability, and transformation. At its core, coaching is about asking powerful questions, deep listening, and walking alongside others as they uncover their own wisdom.

Whether you’re seeking personal clarity, navigating a life transition, or aiming to grow as a conscious leader, coaching offers a dynamic space for reflection, growth, and forward momentum.
